Forever Stamps FAQ

Is USPSPERFACT the official USPS website?

No. USPSPERFACT is an independent stamp retailer and does not claim an authorized partnership with the United States Postal Service.

What is a Forever Stamp?

A Forever-denomination stamp remains usable for the mail class and weight represented by the stamp even if the applicable postage rate later changes. Other formats, including postcard, additional-ounce, two-ounce, international, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and fixed-denomination stamps, have different uses.

How many stamps does my envelope need?

The correct postage depends on weight, dimensions, thickness, rigidity, shape, destination, and mail class. Square, rigid, oversized, heavy, or nonmachinable pieces may require extra postage. Weigh and measure a fully assembled sample and confirm current USPS requirements before a large mailing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Products offered through this store include free standard shipping to eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Review the Shipping Policy for details.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided when available for the shipment. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can take time to update.

What is the return-request period?

Return requests must be made within 14 days after receipt and are subject to the condition and authorization requirements in the Return Policy.

Can I order stamps for business or automated mailing?

Yes, available quantity options are shown on product pages. For automated equipment, confirm roll size, core, spacing, feed direction, and other machine requirements before ordering. Contact support with the product URL and machine specifications if you need help reviewing a listing.
